Pure Thai, Pure Wellness is led by wellness advocate, Marike van Breugel, Founder of Pure Thai Naturals and resident of Thailand for more than 20 years. Dr Jeanne Rungby brings her medical and professional insights to the broader wellness topics to inform traditional practice with an evidence-based, scientific approach.
Pure Thai, Pure Wellness is offered at the stunning Kaomai Lanna Resort in San Patong, Chiang Mai, where you will enjoy amazing Thai cuisine, extensive tropical gardens, a swimming pool and spa, traditional architecture and the warmth of Thai culture, set in the foothills of Doi Inthanon.

AUGUST 2025: 17th to 22nd August. Sunday afternoon arrival, depart Saturday 23rd.
The Pure Thai, Pure Wellness price is fully inclusive of the complete 5 day Retreat experience, breakfast, lunch, non-alcoholic refreshments, airport transfers, complementary spa treatment, all activities and materials and 6 nights in the Kaomai Lanna hotel room of your choice. Each guest receives a Pure thai Wellness Amenity Pack on arrival. The evening meal is NOT included, specifically to allow you choice at one of the resort’s three dining options, free time, relaxation around the resort pool, time for your complementary massage or just alone time to enjoy the gardens, chill and relax. Or you may choose to visit a nearby local evening market or head in to the local village to explore. Our professional photographer will make all the images available after the Experience and each guest will also receive an album of 12 high-resolution images of their choice. Each guest will receive a workbook (printed and pdf) with notes, recipes and references to support what is presented in each session.
